Dance Classes in Sussex County!

Hello there!

This is Amy from Hearts In Rhythm Dance. 😊 

I wanted to take a minute or two to introduce you to our community and explain a little bit of what we do so you can get to know us a little bit better! At Hearts In Rhythm Dance, we teach adult dance classes and ballroom dance lessons in Sussex County, DE. Our ballroom dance classes in Rehoboth Beach are a fun opportunity to meet people who also like to move and groove, and explore the possibilities of who you can become on the dance floor. We currently offer two levels of group class instruction:

💃 In our Introductory Class, we expose you to a variety of social dances – no partner required! You’ll get to experience a few of the basic patterns and movements of dances like Cha Cha, Swing, Waltz, Tango, Salsa, Bachata, and many more! This class meets on Saturdays at 1PM.

🕺 In our Level I class, we dive a little deeper into the dance technique that is characteristic of a certain style of dance, which rotates from week to week. This full-body experience will enable you to infuse your dancing with more style and musicality so you can look and feel more natural when the music comes on!

You don’t even need a partner to learn!

Hearts In Rhythm Dance also offers private dance lessons in Rehoboth Beach. This is one-on-one instruction that personalizes your dance journey according to your goals, utilizing your strengths and expanding your knowledge to help you achieve those goals. Whether it’s bringing a more exciting fitness routine into your life, connecting with a partner on a deeper level, or standing out and shining on any dance floor, we use our time together to build your confidence and muscle-memory.
